Canada Indigenous Professional Network: Winner of 2023 Global E&I Award and North America E&I Award

Since 2021, P&G Canada has stepped up its E&I efforts with respect to Indigenous Peoples by fostering mutually respectful relationships, supporting economic opportunities, building representation, and creating an inclusive workplace. In two short years, starting from nothing, we've raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Indigenous communities in need, hired our first Indigenous ad agency as we leverage our brand voice to Close the Smile Gap in Oral Care, became accredited as an Indigenous Employer of Choice, hired our first Indigenous Interns and educated hundreds of P&G Canada employees on Truth and Reconciliation. We look forward to continuing this journey of Truth and Reconciliation.
