Building Stronger Communities: P&G Canada's Community Impact Efforts

At P&G Canada, our commitment to citizenship is woven into the fabric of our operations and culture. We believe in the power of meaningful actions to improve lives every day, building trust and equity with our brands as we pursue long-term growth. Here are some highlights of our efforts in FY2425.

1. Employee Engagement: P&G Gives Back

P&G Gives Back, our always-on employee engagement campaign, continues to be part of the fabric of our organization and culture. Through the generous donations from employees and retirees, along with the P&G Company Match which matches employee and retiree donations dollar for dollar, we support United Way and many other charities across Canada.

Throughout the year, we offer various activities for employees to participate in P&G Gives Back. During the month of Movember, many employees participated by “growing a mo” in raising awareness and donations for men's mental health. Employees took part in the 2025 CN Tower Climb to support WWF-Canada and are gearing up for the Pride and Remembrance Run in June. Through P&G Gives Back Consulting, we offered pro-bono consulting services to four impactful charities: Daily Bread Food Bank, EcoSchools Canada, Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada, and Distress Centers of Greater Toronto. Many teams also volunteered their time at packing events with Daily Bread Food Bank and GlobalMedic, embodying our ethos of community service.

2. Brand-Led Campaigns: Making an Impact

Our brands are at the forefront of community support with targeted campaigns that address pressing needs.

  • Tide collaborated with Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada to enhance their laundry facilities, ensuring comfort for families in challenging times.

  • Always continued its vital mission to end period poverty, partnering with governments, charities, and retailers to distribute period products to students in need across Canada.

  • Pampers continued its partnership with the Canadian Premature Babies Foundation and Prema Quebec, supporting families with premature babies.

These are just a few of our brand-led efforts that are helping to make a difference in our communities.

3. In-Kind Donations: Supporting Those in Need

Our commitment to supporting Canadians extends through substantial in-kind donations. We continued our contributions of P&G hygiene products via GlobalMedic and Daily Bread Food Banks, aiding those in need and providing relief during disaster situations. Our longstanding partnerships reinforce our dedication to giving back and fortifying the communities where we live and work.

As we reflect on FY2425, we are proud of our continued support for the community. We're committed to making a positive impact through partnerships with organizations working every day to help communities grow and thrive.
