Improving Lives in Our Community and More Broadly

In addition to supporting P&G employees, our networks also strive to benefit others in the community. Founded by two women from P&G Canada, with the support and guidance of P&G Canada’s Women’s Network senior executive sponsors, Forward Together is an association of committed organizations whose vision is to bring companies and professional women together to share best practices and resources to enable best-in-class learning across industries. Whether it's world-class training, top-notch speakers or excellent facilities, we believe that the exchange of ideas between companies can benefit in improving the lives of women within our greater community.

Our brands also support inclusion efforts, especially in the area of women's and girls' empowerment. For the past 30 years, our Always brand has been providing educators and teachers in Canada and around the globe with puberty education to millions of adolescent girls to help grow their confidence. The Always #LikeAGirl movement has won numerous awards and helped to address negative stereotypes and redefined the phrase “like a girl” as being strong and powerful.
